1 is the best
2 is ok, but the part about the future is dumb. It's great when they have to go back to 1955 3 coulda done without it Best part in 1. Watching it as a kid and seeing Huey Lewis tell The Pinheads they're "just to darn loud".

The original was definitely the best.
Why is it that so many times with sequels they feel that they can rely on rehashing material from the first one and think they have comedy gold. I can understand carrying over some character traits but too often the directors/writers think that repeating things over and over is the best thing to do when they should really focus on coming up with a good story and some originality. I agree that the third one was the weakest of the series but it was cool that they focused more on Doc in that one. I am sure it will only be a few more years before the studio gets low on money and decides to do another sequel or a "reimagining" of the originals. We will get Tim Burton directing a much darker version with Johnny Depp as Doc Brown and Freddy Highmore as Marty. Sadly Universal Studios in Florida recently closed down their Back To The Future ride because they didn't think kids today could relate to it. So instead they are now opening a Simpsons ride in its place. I like the Simpsons and all but really, isn't it as old as BTTF and how many kids do you know that look forward to new episodes of The Simpsons? |

Since he doesn't pop in very often (dammit!) I will take a stab at the question for you.
I THINK he's back in Texas...maybe in the Dallas area? Wherever he is, he needs to stop by more often!
